On top of that, Baldwin’s prison is forbidden to own or take care of accompanying animals for life, the court records show.

Baldwin introduced himself as a caring dog lover and claims to have a 99% successful percentage of dog adoption caused by behavior. He has increased as a person who can rehabilitate dogs that no one else can. But he doesn’t work with his dogs led. Baldwin would be euthanized to dogs and lie to the owners of pets or rescue groups – sometimes for months – saying that dogs are alive and well instead of admitting that he is not able to help, according to court records.

The Union Human Society did not respond to a request for comment until Monday afternoon.

One of the dogs, a 3-year-old male pit bull named Remy, was rescued by the Lita and Angelo Cargakos County Dog Dog kennel, owners of without fear of saving, on May 26, 2016, but Remy was designated as a “dangerous dog” after two bite incidents. Cargakos knew that draws would not be adopted unless the “dangerous dog” label was removed.

Baldwin met with Cargacoses on May 31, 2016 and told them that the “Dangerous Dog” designation could be removed, based on his position as the Human Agent in Union County, according to court records.

Baldwin told Kargakoses that he would be $ 1,000 to remove the label of the “dangerous dog” of draws they paid in three separate payments, and draw was transferred to Baldwin on September 9, 2016, but Baldwin had never taken steps to remove the “dangerous dog’s dog”. But according to court records, draws were not injured or ill and was otherwise healthy. The doctor, believing what Baldwin told her, euthanized draws.

From January to April 2017, Baldwin has repeatedly lied to the communications of Cargakos when they asked for draw, saying that the dog was alive and well.

For another dog named Gucci, Baldwin deceived the people at Blue Chip Rescue in Dallas, Pennsylvania, from October 2016 to June 2017, telling them that the dog was happy in a forever home when the 1st-year US Stafford Terrier was euthanized on October 10, 2016.

Baldwin was arrested in August 2020 and accused of 42 crimes that include cruelty to accompanying animals, grandiose theft, bribe, telecommunications fraud, seasoning evidence and the presentation of a peace officer. The allegations associated with the deaths of at least 18 dogs, the dispatcher reported at the time.

Baldwin was credited 23 days in prison because of the time spent in custody before the sentence. After completing the term of his prison, he will be in control after the release, better known as conditional release of up to five years and at least two years, the court records show.
